TMZ reports that Kim Zolciak has officially signed back on to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" after a four-season absence for what will be a recurring, part-time role.

The original cast member of RHOA left in a huff during season five, sick of all the drama and having to go out of her house so much to parties she didn't care to be at.

Instead, she focused on her spin-off Bravo show "Don't Be Tardy" which centers on her family. She is married to pro football husband Kroy Biermann and they have four kids. (She also has two older daughters from previous relationships.) That obligation is what's keeping her from doing "Real Housewives" full time, TMZ wrote, citing unnamed sources.

Biermann was cut from the Atlanta Falcons last year after eight seasons and wasn't able to get a full-time NFL gig. She has told media repeatedly she would do RHOA again at the right price. Clearly, Bravo gave her a nice supplemental salary to help her maintain her luxe lifestyle.

In a bit of a test run, Zolciak showed up for the season 9 finale at Sheree Whitfield's housewarming party and got in Kenya Moore's face for sneaking around Sheree's home, seeking faults. She mocked Kenya for not having kids and trying to be like her and then left. Kenya was blunt this past Sunday on the reunion show, saying Zolciak argued with her simply for a paycheck.

A Bravo spokeswoman declined to comment. Bravo typically does not announce new cast members until much closer to the start of the season. They do like folks to sit around and speculate for months on end, though. The second of four reunion shows for season 9 airs this Sunday at 8.
