The owner of a modern Buckhead house portrayed as MacGyver's home on CBS's "MacGyver" is up for sale for a cool $1 million.

"We saw that you covered the MacGyver production in the AJC," wrote Maureen Culbertson. "We own the house that CBS has been using as MacGyver’s house. We put it up on the market last month with Harry Norman Realty."

Here is the listing.

And here's the descriptive:

Stunning contemporary home on 1+ private acres. Used as MacGyver's house on the CBS TV show. Located in Jackson School district and top ranked private schools nearby. Light filled open floor plan. Chef's kitchen w/quartz counters. Viking appliances. Fireside great room and dining area, adjoining courtyard for seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining. Separate guest suite, office and playroom. It's 3,400 square feet, four bedrooms, four bathrooms on 1.1 acres. It was built in 2014 and has been on the market for about seven weeks.

The home has been listed as high as $1,295,000 in 2016.

"We had the house on the market two years ago and took it off when CBS wanted to use the house for production. It was a great experience - cast and crew were great," Culbertson wrote,

"MacGyver," starring Marietta native Lucas Till as MacGyver in this reimagined version, has shot its first two seasons in Atlanta and is expected to return for a third season of production this summer.
