Cynthia Bailey is now engaged to sportscaster Mike Hill.

Hill proposed to "The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star on Friday at the grand opening of her new business The Bailey Wine Cellar.

Since season 12 of “Real Housewives” is in production, this was filmed for the show and will air later this year.

He gave her a 5 carat princess cut solitaire ring. (According to diamondregistry.com, wholesale prices of such a ring would range from $46,750 and $737,000, depending on quality. UPDATE: A publicist informed me Hill got the ring from Solomon Jewelry via Simon G. Jewelry. The ring set was valued at $14,036 and the stone was valued at around $70,000, making the value of the ring at about $85,000.)

Hill, 48, works at Fox Sports 1 out of Los Angeles.

Based on what was shown during season 11 of “Real Housewives,” they had a low-drama, loving, long-distance relationship. They dated 14 months before the proposal. Given that he has camera experience, he appeared non-plussed being on the show.

They have both been previously married. Bailey's first wedding with Peter Thomas was televised for the second season of "Real Housewives" almost a decade ago. She separated from him in 2016, filed for divorce in 2017. It was finalized by 2018.
