T.I. is giving entrepreneurs a chance to get involved in “The Grand Hustle.”

The Atlanta rapper-actor-businessman will debut a new reality series on BET at 10 a.m. July 19, in which 16 “business-minded men and women” will compete for a position – and a six-figure salary – within T.I.’s Grand Hustle empire.

T.I. (aka Tip Harris) said in a statement that, “It doesn’t matter if you got your hustle at Harvard or the hood…I wanted to create a show that offers an equal playing field.”

The 12-episode series is set in Atlanta and showcases the candidates trying to prove their value and ultimately be crowned the Grand Hustler.

T.I. shares executive producing duties with Brian Sher, Christian Sarabia and Johnny Petillo (also the showrunner).
