While the Winter Olympics dominate the airwaves and the headlines this week, counter-programming includes the Westminster Dog Show on USA Tuesday and new episodes of "The Following," (Fox  on Monday), "Being Mary Jane" (BET on Tuesday), "True Detective" (HBO on Sunday), "Downton Abbey" (GPB on Sunday) and "The Walking Dead" (AMC on Sunday.)

MONDAY

"Almost Human " 9 p.m. Fox — The deaths of two genetically enhanced children appear to be connected to a designer drug.

"The Bachelor" 8 p.m. ABC — Juan Pablo courts eight women in New Zealand.

"2014 Olympic Winter Games" 8 p.m. NBC — Women's Alpine skiing, men's freestyle skiing and men's short track.

"The Following " 9 p.m. Fox — Ryan and Max follow evidence and try to stay ahead of the FBI.

"Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook Off " 9 p.m. Food (third season finale) — Herschel Walker is in the finals!

"Single Ladies " 9 p.m. VH1 — Work brings Raquel and Terrence closer together.

"Intelligence " 10 p.m. CBS — The Cybercom team are on the case of a deadly and rapidly spreading virus in Texas.

TUESDAY

"Dads" 8 p.m. Fox (first season debut) — The Whittlemore's couch is ruined by a drunk Crawford.
