TV best bets with the Olympics, 'Fear the Walking Dead,' '60 Days In'

We are now in the second week of the Rio Summer Olympics with plenty of Americans winning gold so far, from Michael Phelps to Simone Biles. Now track and field gets the focal point as the closing ceremonies approach Sunday.

Other TV networks are keeping things pretty low key with no notable debuts and very few shows even concluding seasons. AMC is bringing back the second half of season two of "Fear the Walking Dead" on Sunday night and A&E bringing back its hit show "60 Days In" for a second season Thursday.

This covers Monday, August 15 through Sunday, August 21, 2016.

MONDAY

"2016 Summer Olympics" 8 p.m. NBC — Track and field, gymnastics, men's diving.

"Bachelor in Paradise" 8 p.m. ABC — A newly single bachelor makes a desperate plea for the heart of a taken woman.

"Rizzoli & Isles" 9 p.m. TNT — A forensic accountant is shot, luring Jane and Maura into a byzantine Ponzi scheme.

"Major Crimes" 10 p.m. TNT — The mysterious overdose of a young Hollywood star is investigated.

"Mistresses" 10:01 p.m. ABC — April's mom causes trouble in April and Marc's relationship.

TUESDAY

"2016 Olympics" 8 p.m. NBC — Track and field; gymnastics; beach volleyball

"Pretty Little Liars" 8 p.m. Freeform — Emily's up for a position as swim coach at Rosewood High, but her ex Paige is also in the running for the job.

"Bachelor in Paradise" 8 p.m. ABC — A drama queen arrives in paradise and discovers her ex has met someone else and she's forced to watch from the sidelines as he finds love with another woman.

"The Have and the Have Nots" 9 p.m. OWN — David receives information that enables him to better understand the genealogy of Mitch's family.

" Zoo" 9 p.m. CBS — Jackson is confronted with the most difficult decision of his life.

"Scream " 10 p.m. MTV (second season finale) — Emma and Audrey make a daring move; face the killer; and unmask Piper's final surprise.

WEDNESDAY

"2016 Olympics" 8 p.m. NBC — Track and field; women's diving; women's volleyball.

"Duck Dynasty " 9 p.m. A&E — Willie travels to Arkansas on business with Jase and pitches a new product with an unorthodox sales strategy.

"Suits " 9 p.m. USA Harvey defends Sutter from Cahill; Mike's past threatens to derail his mission.

"Greenleaf " 10 p.m. OWN — The church starts losing money and members after all the bad publicity.

"Mr. Robot " 10 p.m. USA — Mr. Robot and Elliot try to make nice; and Joanna is given an ultimatum.

"Tyrant" 10 p.m. FX — Barry becomes reclusive following Emma's death and pushes his allies away.

THURSDAY

"2016 Olympics" 8 p.m. NBC — Track and field; women's volleyball; women's diving; men's beach volleyball.

"60 Days In " 9 p.m. A&E (second season debut) The wife of Season 1 participant Zac stops by along with a former C.O.

"Braxton Family Values " 9 p.m. WE — Trina's sons have a showdown with her ex, Gabe.

"Ice Road Truckers" 10 p.m. History — Lisa Kelly becomes stranded hundreds of miles from the nearest town.

"Sex & Drugs & Rock n Roll" 10 p.m. FX — Opening night begins at "Feast" and Bam and Rehab struggle with Campbell's dedicated manner

"Love Thy Neighbor " 9 p.m. OWN — Linda receives a shocking phone call.

"Killjoys" 9 p.m. Syfy — Clues from Khlyen's Red 17 transmission lead Dutch, D'avin and Alvis to an old research facility on Arkyn.

"Dark Matter " 10 p.m. Syfy — A Blink Drive test goes awry, propelling the Raza to a parallel reality.

"Superstore " 10:30 p.m. NBC — An Olympics-themed episode finds the store implementing an Olympics promotion, which allows Amy to meet her childhood hero, gymnast Missy Jones (Cecily Strong).

WEEKEND

"Boy in the Attic" 8 p.m. Saturday Lifetime — A teen girl and her mom inherit an old house... but little do they know that a mysterious person is hiding in the attic.

"Summer Love" 8 p.m. Saturday Hallmark— Rachael Leigh Cook plays a surburban mom working as an intern at a tech company.

"2016 Olympics" 8 p.m. Sunday NBC — The Closing Ceremony from Maracanã Stadium in Rio. Included: the entrance of the athletes; the extinguishing of the Olympic cauldron; and the passing of the Olympic flag to the mayor of Tokyo, site of the 2020 Summer Games.

"Celebrity Family Feud " 8 p.m. Sunday ABC — Tommy Davidson vs. Kristi Yamaguchi

"$100,000 Pyramid " 9 p.m. Sunday ABC — Yvette Nicole Brown vs. Fred Willard

"Fear the Walking Dead " 9 p.m. Sunday AMC — Nick's steadfast search for answers leads him into a deadly dog-eat-dog landscape; and a dark piece of his past is uncovered.

"The Last Ship" 9 p.m. Sunday TNT — Chandler faces a tough decision when the White House delivers a bizarre order.

"Power" 9 p.m. Sunday Starz  Tommy and Ghost get back together to take on a ruthless foe and enlist Tasha in hopes of evading detection by Angela and her team. Later, Tommy soldiers on, but Ghost comes undone at a vital juncture.

"Ray Donovan" 9 p.m. Sunday, Showtime— Avi and Lena question Ray's loyalty to Sonia; Mickey returns to Primm.

"Survivor's Remorse" 10 p.m. Sunday Starz — Cassie gets a DNA test to learn more about her ancestry, and meets a family who helps her experience newfound cultural traditions.
