David Duchovny's often raunchy "Californication" wraps up seven  seasons Sunday, along with the quiet burial of Fox's "Rake" Friday.

On the special event front, the "BET Awards" hosted by Chris Rock arrives Sunday, along with Showtime season finales for "Nurse Jackie" and "Penny Dreadful."

USA's "Covert Affairs" and CBS's 'Big Brother" return on Wednesday.

And the most anticipated new series of the week is HBO's 'The Leftovers," in which 2 percent of the population inexplicably disappears and we see a small town pick up the pieces three years later. It debuts Sunday night.

This covers Monday, June 22 to Sunday, June 28.
