If you're into horror and sci-fi, this week features the returns of three of the bigger shows, two shot in Atlanta: "American Horror Story" with Lady Gaga Wednesday for season five on FX, "The Vampire Diaries" (minus Nina Dobrev) for season seven Thursday on the CW and "The Walking Dead" for season six on Sunday for AMC.
Several other CW shows return and Cinemax bids farewell to its violent drama "Strike Back" on Friday night.

MONDAY
"The Big Bang Theory" 8 p.m. CBS — The guys surprise Leonard with a belated bachelor-party weekend in Mexico.
"Gotham " 8 p.m. Fox — Gordon and Bullock hunt a nemesis from the past.
"Dancing With the Stars " 8 p.m. ABC — Kim Zolciak couldn't make it to Los Angeles after her mini-stroke last week and was eliminated.
"The Voice " 8 p.m. NBC — At least four metro Atlantans have made the initial blind audition cut.
"Minority Report " 9 p.m. Fox — A police program that monitors suspicious behavior is introduced.
"Scorpion " 9 p.m. CBS — Sylvester goes undercover in a federal prison in order to save the lives of three judges.
"NCIS: Los Angeles " 9:59 p.m. CBS — A 20-year-old Peruvian massacre is investigated after a famous fashion model.
"Blindspot " 10 p.m. NBC —Jane learns she has the same Navy SEAL tattoo as a recently captured jewel thief.
"Castle " 10:01 p.m. ABC — Castle goes undercover as a professor after a college fraternity student is killed in a grisly manner.
