Given it's a holiday week, there aren't a lot of big debuts or series finales except for CBS's surprise summer hit from last year "Under the Dome."

This Stephen King-based miniseries was not supposed to go more than one year but it was so popular, the Powers That Be thought it would be wise to bring it back for a second season. Can they keep the momentum going? At least if you miss Dean Norris from "Breaking Bad," he lives on here.

Lifetime Sunday brings back "Witches of East End" and Comedy Central tries out a new show where a comedian gives businesses unconventional advice.

Also, NBC airs a Miley Cyrus special Sunday that may make you cheer or gag or both at the same time.

And at least four Fourth of July specials air on Friday night if you don't feel like actually going outside and watching fireworks yourself.
