Teen heartthrob Shawn Mendes will embark on his first headlining arena world tour next year.
The “Stitches” singer will launch the 44-date “Illuminate” run in April in the United Kingdom, before heading to the U.S. in July with a tour kickoff in Portland, Ore.
Mendes, who played the Fox Theatre in July , will perform at Infinite Energy Center in Duluth at 7:30 p.m. July 29. Tickets are $47.50-$67.50. General tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Sept. 24, but various fan pre-sales launch Sept. 11 (visit http://shawnaccess.com for details).
On Sept. 23, Mendes will release his sophomore album, “Illuminate,” featuring the hit single “Treat You Better.” Fans who pre-order the album will receive immediate access to three more songs from the upcoming album.
