John Legend’s ‘Bigger Love’ tour will land in Atlanta in August

Your EGOT-winning, People’s Sexiest Man Alive, car spokesman, “The Voice” coach and 11-time Grammy winner John Legend hits the road later this year for his “Bigger Love” tour.

The soul musician will visit Atlanta for an 8 p.m. Aug. 16 show at Cadence Bank Amphitheatre at Chastain Park with The War and Treaty opening.

Tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Feb. 14 via www.livenation.com (this is a cooler show). Pre-sales begin at 10 a.m. Feb. 11 (visit www.johnlegend.com for details).

Legend, who recently slid into a plot line on NBC’s “This is Us,” hit No. 1 on the iTunes chart with the song he performed on the show, “Conversations in the Dark.”

At last month’s Grammy Awards, he performed “Higher” with DJ Khaled and others in tribute to Nipsey Hussle and later factored in a Grammy win for the song.
