Janet Jackson does not have cancer.

In a video message to fans posted on Twitter just after 9 p.m. Wednesday, the singer refuted reports from earlier this week that she was undergoing cancer treatment.

A lyric video for “The Great Forever” prefaced a message from Jackson in which she confirmed she does not have cancer and is recovering. She did not disclose what she is recovering from.

Jackson's message also said that doctors have cleared her to resume her tour in Europe, which is slated to begin March 30.

She signed off with, “Thank you for the prayers and love.”

Jackson was scheduled to play Philips Arena March 3. All postponed dates are expected to be rescheduled .
