After postponing her tour until fall, Iggy Azalea has now confirmed that "The Great Escape" run is canceled.

A message sent to ticketholders on Friday informed them of the cancellation and that “a new tour will be planned around Iggy’s new record to be released in 2016.” Refunds are available at point of purchase.

Azalea also confirmed the news in a tweet:

“The Great Escape” was originally slated to play Philips Arena on May 19 until it was bumped to an Oct. 15 date at the venue.

While “production delays” were cited as the reason for the postponement, industry rumors are circling around poor ticket sales. It isn’t a stretch to conclude that an artist with only a handful of her own hits and one full-length album tried to go too big too fast.

Azalea performed in Atlanta last fall at Music Midtown.
