Just a few more days until Eminem, Jack White, John Mayer, Zac Brown Band, Iggy Azalea, Lorde, B.o.B., Fitz and the Tantrums, Third Eye Blind, Run-D.M.C., Bastille and many others converge at Piedmont Park for Music Midtown 2014.
And yes, thanks to festival promoter Live Nation, I do have a pair of tickets to give away.
There are no requirements to enter, but I would appreciate a follow on Facebook and Twitter, which is where you'll find much of our Music Midtown updates and coverage this weekend, along with this blog.
To enter to win a pair of two-day general admission tickets, here is what you need to do:
1. Visit our Music Midtown page at AccessAtlanta.com .
2. Take our Music Midtown quiz located at the top of the page.
3. Email me at mruggieri@ajc.com with the correct answer for No. 14 in the quiz (hint: it's about Gregg Allman and movies). Please put "Music Midtown tickets" in the subject field. If you put anything else – "I love John Mayer!" "I want to win!" "Run-D.M.C. Rules!" or any such variations - I will not see your email and you will NOT BE ENTERED.
4. Answers must be received by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17.
5. I will randomly select a winner from those with the correct quiz answer.
6. Only one entry per email and please do not participate if you don’t think you can attend.
7. The winner’s name will be announced at the top of this blog post. If you receive an email from me that you have won, you must confirm receipt by noon on Thursday, Sept. 18, or a new winner will be chosen.
8. Tickets can be picked up at Music Midtown will call beginning Friday.
