Charlie Mars and John Driskell Hopkins of the Zac Brown Band will help kick off the college football season with a gathering at City Winery next month.

Mississippi native Mars and Florida State University alum Hopkins will preface the Sept. 5 game between Florida State and Ole Miss with performances beginning at 6 p.m. (kickoff is at 8 p.m.).

In addition to the music, City Winery’s music room includes a pair of 12-foot screens so fans won’t miss a moment with the pigskin. Game day inspired food and drinks will also be on the menu.

Tickets are $20 and can be reserved at www.citywinery.com.
