After postponing his tour from the fall to early 2020, Chance the Rapper has now scrapped the outing completely.

The Chicago artist posted the news on his Instagram page on Sunday, saying, "I'm gonna take this time to be with family, make some new music and develop my best show to date."

Chance the Rapper was slated to play State Farm Arena on Jan. 29 (and prior to that, Oct. 15). Refunds are available at point of purchase.

His reason for delaying “The Big Day” tour until January also stemmed from a desire to be with his family.

Chance (aka Chancelor Bennett), married his longtime girlfriend Kirsten Corley in March; in September, the couple welcomed their second daughter, Marli.
