Although 2 Chainz will perform June 25 at the BET Experience Weekend in Los Angeles, the real kickoff of his 35-date "Pretty Girls Like Trap Music" tour will take place in his hometown.

The rapper will perform at the Tabernacle on Aug. 1. Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. June 9, but there are several pre-sales leading up to that date. At 10 a.m. June 7, a Spotify pre-sale begins as well as a VIP packages pre-sale; and at 10 a.m. June 8, a Live Nation pre-sale (both online and via mobile app) takes place.

Tickets start at $36.50.

Joining 2 Chainz on the tour is the Trap Choir, who performed with him on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in February.

On June 16, the College Park native will drop his third studio album, "Pretty Girls Like Trap Music," which features guest appearances from Drake, Nicki Minaj, Gucci Mane, Pharell, Trey Songz, Swae Lee and others.

The album can be pre-ordered here.

On June 7, 2 Chainz will be in New York to launch his apparel collaboration with artist Trouble Andrew, who also created the art for the "Pretty Girls…" album cover. Visit www.2chainzshop.com for more details.
