Barry Manilow is on tour “One Last Time!” but he’s making sure that future generations understand the importance and power of music.

Manilow and his Manilow Music Project are donating a Yamaha keyboard to Gwinnett County Public Schools to jumpstart a local instrument drive.

Anyone who donates a new or gently used musical instrument will receive a pair of free tickets (with pre-selected seat locations) for Manilow’s June 4 concert at The Arena at Gwinnett Center.

The venue will serve as the headquarters for the instrument drive through June 4. The instrument drop-off center is open Monday-Friday from 10 a.m.-7 p.m.  ( click here for directions ).

“I know firsthand how invaluable music education is,” Manilow said in a statement.  “It is a privilege for me to help bring the gift of music to these kids.”

Tickets for Manilow's June 4 show, which features opener Dave Koz, are on sale now for $19.75-$129.75. Click here for ticket information.
