Alice in Chains added to Music Midtown 2015 lineup

A day after the lineup for Music Midtown 2015 was announced, we have a new addition – Alice in Chains.
The meaty rock from the Seattle-based band will join the already-varied musical styles that punctuate this year's selections, including classic pop and rock from Elton John and Van Halen, rap from Drake and silky soul-pop from Sam Smith.
Here is a reminder of the full lineup for the festival, which takes place Sept. 18-19 in Piedmont Park and will this year benefit from the addition of a fourth stage.
Tickets for Music Midtown are on sale now through various special pre-sales and will be available to the general public at 10 a.m. Saturday through Ticketmaster outlets, www.ticketmaster.com , www.livenation.com or by calling 1-800-745-3000.
