Below, executive chef and owner Mimmo Alboumeh of Red Pepper Taqueria offers a classic recipe for guacamole.

Red Pepper Taqueria's guacamole

Serving: 4 people

Prep time : 12 minutes

Ingredients

3 medium firm avocados

1 habanero, minced

1 lime, squeezed

2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped

1 tsp. sea salt

Preparation

Muddle all ingredients in a mixing bowl or molcajete.

Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
