Doraville's Super H Mart shopping plaza, located at 6035 Peachtree Road, looks to be a place that Atlanta food followers will want to keep an eye on.
Newly opened Kula Revolving Sushi Bar, a conveyor-belt sushi concept also known as kaiten-zushi, has been bringing in crowds since opening July 21. But other dining projects are in the works for this food-focused mall near the intersection of Interstates 85 and 285. "Opening soon" posters cover the windows of five other storefronts.
Among those restaurants is Snackboxe Bistro, offering street fare from the Southeast Asian nation of Laos. Per its menu, diners can expect Laotian-style noodle soups, a variety of salads (papaya, shrimp and a meat salad known as larb), sausages, beef jerky, wings, pork skewers and other casual fare inflected with Laotian flavor.

A catering company looks to be making a home next to Snackboxe.
On the opposite side of the U-shaped shopping center is signage for a Chinese restaurant, a "dessert house" and a Japanese noodle house. The latter will be situated between Kula and Shoya Izakaya.
Lekky Lounge, a hookah bar and restaurant, will also join the growing list of dining destinations at the plaza.
