Unwrapping gifts never gets old, especially if what’s inside could mean some seriously good eats.

Starting today and going through the end of the month, East Cobb restaurant Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar is giving out "no peeking" red envelopes to 2,500 patrons, with prizes totaling $50,000.

The catch? Guests must keep the envelope sealed until their return visit in January. Customers will present the envelope to the server to unseal and reveal one of five prizes, including a five-course dinner for up to 12 people, a lunch appetizer or entrée, free dessert and gift cards worth $25 and $50.

Guests must spend $30 or more to to receive a red envelope (only one per check) and can only be redeemed during the month of January with purchase.
