The Crab City opening in Lithonia this weekend

Get your crab crackin' hands ready -- a new spot for crab and other seafood is opening this weekend in DeKalb County.

The Crab City, which will open its doors tomorrow at 3025 Turner Hill Road by Stonecrest Marketplace in Lithonia, will serve up "authentic Cajun food with a Southern touch" according to co-owner Mojdh Martin.

The menu will offer several different kinds of boils with a choice of seasoning and seafood including lobster, mussels, oysters and several different choices of crab; wild-caught seafood; crab cakes; salmon and shrimp burgers; po boys; salads; and several Southern-style sides including mac and cheese and collard greens. A smaller menu will be available for lunch.

The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-midnight Friday-Saturday, and will feature live jazz Thursday-Saturday and for lunch on Sunday.
