Midtown will get a taste of Spain starting next month.

Florida-based Bulla Gastrobar will open its first Georgia location at 60 11th Street NE in the 12th & Midtown development. The restaurant announced it would open an Atlanta location last year.

The spot will feature an "alta cocina" approach to tapas, " applying modern innovations to traditional Spanish recipes," according to a press release. The menu will offer items including Huevos Bulla, made with eggs, Serrano ham, potato foam, truffle oil and homemade potato chips, Iberian ham croquettes made with Jamón Serrano and fig jelly, paella made with Bomba rice, seafood, red sofrito and saffron, braised short ribs made with tetilla cheese, potato foam, cipollini onions and red wine sauce and Iberian pork tenderloin made with sautéed apple and wild mushrooms in a rosemary demi-glace.

The beverage selections include a variety of custom cocktails,  wines and beers.

Bulla will serve lunch and dinner daily as well as weekend brunch.
