In honor of slinging its popular barbecue bites, Bone Lick BBQ's owner and pitmaster Mike LaSage will celebrate the restaurant's third anniversary with "Holy Friggin' Hot Fest," an event featuring contests, hot dogs, hot wings, hot sauce, music, games and more. The fun kicks off at 12 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8; barbecue lovers and revelers alike will be able to participate in a hot dog eating contest, SirHOTcha eating and hot sauce competition. Guests will also receive a complimentary draft beer and rib from 2-4 p.m. (while supplies last) if they "like" Bone Lick BBQ on Facebook and check-in at the event upon arrival.
