With locations in Birmingham, Chattanooga and New Orleans, Revelator Coffee Company opened its first Atlanta coffee shop this morning in the Elan Westside building that's also home to Cooks and Soldiers. Better yet, today and Wednesday, visitors will be treated to complimentary food and beverages from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The company’s less is more approach to “high quality craft coffee and tea” features artfully designed minimalist spaces and green coffees roasted to “highlight nuance and inherent qualities.” The menu is described as “seasonal, simple, focused and small.” Look for food from local artisans, including H&F Bread Company, Flora & Flour and Queen of Cream.
Revelator's coffee also will be served at the first location of Queen of Cream in Old Fourth Ward, which is set to open on Wednesday, and at the newly opened Square on Fifth (SQ5) Apartment and Condo building at 75 5th St. N.W., near Georgia Tech.
