The Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead: Celebrate fourteen days instead of one. From Monday, Feb. 1 through Sunday, Feb. 14 the hotel will present "14 Days of Chocolate," a culinary celebration of romance. St. Cecilia: Cozy up to a coastal European menu with dishes like snapper crudo with chorizo, black truffle risotto and more. The rose and pistachio cake for dessert will be the finishing touch.
