An Atlanta music executive has opened a new eatery in southwest Atlanta.
Jomo Hankerson, who has worked with Aaliyah and Toni Braxton, opened Jay's Kitchen & Bar at 3752 Cascade Road SW last week.
The 3,998-square-foot spot features a gourmet soul food menu with dishes including Jay's Filet Roast, Chicken in the Pot and fried lobster tail.
The restaurant posted its abbreviated menu on its Facebook page, mentioning that a full menu would be released soon.

The spot will also feature live music and karaoke.
