From 6-9 p.m. tonight, Second Self Beer Company will welcome Blazer, sous chef for Eat Me Speak Me and Dish Dive as well as Elodie, pastry chef for Revolution Doughnuts. The duo will host Faux Pas, a new local pop-up specializing in southern, Mediterranean and pastry dishes. Tonight's dining experience will feature small bites in the brewery's tasting room.
Faux Pas’s food menu, listed below, will be available first come, first serve and a la carte.
$2 Boiled Peanuts (the usual, a little spicy)
$2 Summer Melon Gazpacho (cucumber, watermelon, cantaloupe, herbs)
$3 Pulled Pork Tacos (terminus sauce, slow roasted pork and slaw)
$4 Shrimp Rolls (cool shrimp salad, cucumber, radish)
$3 Brown Butter Blondie (beer caramel ganache)
