Meet the Samosa Queen

This is Hibo Hassan, the Samosa Queen. If you're lucky, you can catch her every Saturday morning at the Clarkston Farmers Market , where she sells her East African style samosas for $1 apiece. There are both veggie and meat versions, and they come with a little container of her excellent spicy herb-onion sauce, made with ingredients she grows herself.

An educator by profession, Hassan transforms into the Samosa Queen during the weekend. Yum. $1.
