Who doesn't love noodles? With (finally) falling temperatures, it's the perfect time to celebrate this carby delight. The 2019 AJC Fall Dining Guide: The Noodle Edition takes a look at noodle types from 12 countries and 45 metro Atlanta restaurants, including fideos from Spain and Mexico, Italian pappardelle and a variety of ramen and pho.
