A brasserie will join a hotly anticipated brewery as part of a Beltline project coming next year.

The development, located at 820 Ralph McGill Blvd. along the Eastside Trail, will lease a 7,000-square-foot space to The Diligence Company. The hospitality concept is opening a Latin-inspired brasserie complemented by merchants offering food and non-food products.

The eatery will join a previously announced brewery from former Stone brewmaster Mitch Steele , who is partnering with industry veterans Carey Falcone and Bob Powers of American Beerworks.
