One chain restaurant wants patrons to stay cool on the first day of summer.

Wayback Burgers is giving away a free12-oz. black and white milkshake today beginning at 10:30 a.m. until the restaurant's close. Worried about not getting one? Don't. Each restaurant stocked up on 30 times the normal supply of ice cream, chocolate and vanilla syrup and more. No purchase necessary.
