JCT. Kitchen holiday party. Kids, military and service personnel eat free at Rize Artisan Pizza. All-you-can-eat pig roasted sandwiches at Seven Lamps. There are lots of food and fun happening around metro Atlanta this week, so add one or all seven of the following events to your calendar. Be prepared to eat, drink and have a grand ole time.

Now thru Friday, Dec. 16: To commemorate their recent debut in Poncey-Highland, the team at Rize Artisan Pizza + Salads is offering a full week of specials. Here's the breakdown:

– Tuesday, Dec. 13 – Kids eat free with any adult entrée purchase

– Wednesday, Dec. 14 – $5 small plates and $5 sangria specials

– Thursday, Dec. 15 – All members of law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, nurses, doctors and active and veteran military personnel will receive a complimentary classic pizza with any purchase. Limit one per person with ID or badge.

– Friday, Dec. 16 – Buy a sangria, beer or wine after 5 p.m. and receive a free small plate. Limit one per person.

Thursday, Dec. 15: Peachtree Center's popular Green Market will return for a special holiday market in the shopping center from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in the food court. Local vendors such as Baker Dude Cupcakes, Bee Wild, Georgia Popcorn Company and Not So Urban Coffee will offer a variety of festive merchandise from baked goods to local honey. Live music from The Daniel Jackson Review will round out the lunchtime festivities.

Friday, Dec. 16: Under a canopy of twinkling lights and décor, JCT. Kitchen & Bar will host its annual holiday lights party along with the cast of Atlanta Ballet's Nutcracker who will make a special appearance from 5-7pm to mingle with guests. There will be Prosecco and holiday cocktails aplenty, including the Waltz of Flowers in honor of Nutcracker plus signature adult and kid-friendly hot cocktails. Live music also begins at 5 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 17: To kick off its fourth anniversary, Seven Lamps will be hosting a barbecue cookout beginning at 3 p.m. until the food runs out. Chef Drew Van Leuvan and his crew will serve all-you-can-eat whole pig roast sandwiches and roasted chicken tinga tacos for $12; craft beers and a signature Dixie Vodka punch will also be available at an additional cost.
