The owners of one Ponce City Market business are set to open a second in May.

Missy and Kristin Koeford, who own cocktail supply shop 18.21 Bitters , are planning to debut Drafts + Dogs in the stall formerly occupied by Simply Seoul, which sold kimchee and buns on May 15, Atlanta Magazine first reported.

The spot will serve four draft cocktails, two frozen, seasonal cocktails, three non-draft cocktails, beer and wine. Non-alcoholic seasonal offerings will also be available.

On the food side, look for craft hot dogs including the Nice Georgia Dog, topped with Old Fourth Vodka-caramelized Vidalia onions and peach compote, as well as Chicago dogs, vegan dogs and a Elvis Dessert "Dog", made with a banana topped with peanut butter and chocolate.

The Koefords also have another highly-anticipated project in the works in the form of coffee shop and cocktail bar The James Room . Set to open just off the Eastside Beltline in June, it will offer more than 40 craft cocktails and a food menu featuring charcuterie, hot dogs, small plates and salads, as well as a variety of desserts.
