4 Rivers Smokehouse. The barbecue restaurant is closed on Feb. 3 but is offering order-ahead catering to-go options for Super Bowl. Choose from the Wagonload (two meats, two sides and cookies) for $13 per person, or the Smokehouse Shindig (one appetizer, three meats, three sides and a dessert) for $22 per person.
