Midtown has a new spot for food and beer.

Publico Atlanta opened earlier this month at 1104 Crescent Ave. SE, in a space formerly occupied by Front Page News.

The restaurant, which opened in the Five Point neighborhood in Columbia, South Carolina in 2016, offers an extensive menu featuring dishes with Asian and Latin influences.

The list of tacos includes tuna tobiko, carnitas and chapulines, made with flash-fried grasshoppers. Also look for a variety of poké, quesadillas, ceviches, sandwiches, ramens and entrees including chicken and puffles, made with Viet coconut puffy waffles and Thai garlic shrimp.

Beverage offerings include craft beers, sake and wine.
