North Fulton barbecue lovers will have a new way to get their fix next week.

Grand Champion BBQ -- which already has outposts in Krog Street Market, Milton and on Shallowford Road in Roswell -- is set to open its first full-service location this Tuesday in Roswell at 982 Canton St.

The location will feature an expanded menu, including a salad option with a choice of protein; small bites including pimento cheese; Mac Bowls, a combo of mac and cheese and a protein; and Southern lasagna, mac and cheese topped with Brunswick Stew.

The restaurant will also feature a full bar developed by JD Doyles, the former bar director for 101 Concepts, featuring custom cocktails, wine and craft beer and bourbon, scotch and tequila programs, complete with meters so patrons have an idea of what they're drinking.

"We want it to be approachable," said catering director Anne Owens. "We want to provide fantastic crafts that people haven’t heard of or tried before."

The spot includes seating for about 35 inside, not including the bar, and about 40 outside.

The restaurant will be open seven days a week. Hours are subject to change, but for now the restaurant will be open from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday. The bar will be open from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday.
