Hector Santiago is about to open a second location on his Ponce City Market Latino sandwich spot El Super Pan, and he gave AJC food editor Ligaya Figueras a sneak peek. He also cooked up shrimp monfongo, a hidden menu item at El Super Pan, and his take on a Cubano, the perfect drink for the summer.
