The menu, which still features several "coming soon" dishes , includes Korean appetizers, soups, ssam wraps and main dishes such as bibm mandu - duck and barley pan-fried dumplings on top of cabbage, sweetened soy sauce and curry sauce; dwenjang jiggae - fermented soybean soup with carrot, corn, collards and cauliflower; and dubu - roasted tofu with american cheese.

While Tim Song says Gaja is still waiting on its liquor license, the restaurant will soon have a full bar and cocktail menu, consulted on by Miles Macquarrie of Kimball House .

The Songs and Suh previously collaborated on popular pop-ups Jook #0, which was based out of Mother in Old Fourth Ward, and Gaja Mokja, and Suh helmed Gato Arigato, a pop-up that operated after-hours at the breakfast diner Gato Bizco in Candler Park.
