Fresco Cantina Grille Mexican restaurant to open in Roswell

Roswell is swapping a Southwestern-style restaurant for a Mexican one.

Fresco Cantine Grille is set to open this summer at 10779 Alpharetta Highway, Tomorrow's News Today first reported. It will take over the space previously occupied by Barberitos, an Athens-based Southwestern chain that has several other metro Atlanta locations including Sandy Springs and Buckhead.

Fresco will serve Mexican staples including tacos, quesadillas, nachos, enchiladas and fajitas, and will have separate vegetarian, lunch and childrens menus.
