Learn how to add a little spice to summer party menus with Chef Will Brown , formerly of The Food Network's "Cutthroat Kitchen." Chef Brown will demonstrate Cajun-style cooking and teach guests how to make his famous Yaya gator sauce from scratch using all natural Creole seasonings from 12-4 p.m. Saturday, July 25 at the Bloomingdale's Home Store at Lenox Square. Free and open to the public, guests will be available to discuss southern food favorites with Chef Brown while enjoying some of the day's dishes.
Presently, this Louisiana-born, but Atlanta-based chef has a full plate. In addition to being an instructor at The Cook’s Warehouse and Williams-Sonoma, he will be starring in an upcoming cooking show on Fox Network.
