The Peachtree Road Race is a Fourth of July tradition, with more than 60,000 runners participating in this year's race. If you're more into eating and drinking than running a 10K, there are plenty of places throughout the race course to cheer on runners. Runners can celebrate crossing the finish line with a few re-fueling deals, too.
Here are some spots along the route, which begins at Lenox Square and ends at Piedmont Park, that will be open for your viewing, eating and running pleasure.
For the spectators
Order from Corso's regular menu, starting at 7 a.m., then get a front row view of the race.

Yumbii's taco shop on Peachtree Road will be turning into Will Run for Tacos: A July 4th Patio Pop-up. Will Run for Tacos will be serving a special menu of breakfast tacos and coffee from East Pole. Need a drink with alcohol, not caffeine? Grab a fresh-squeezed passion fruit margarita or a Sriracha bloody mary. The patio will be open from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., and Yumbii will serve its regular menu from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Red Pepper Taqueria
In Buckhead, grab brunch and bottomless mimosas on 4th of July at Red Pepper Taqueria. After the runners cross the starting line, spectators can head down to the Buckhead restaurant.

For the runners
Runners can bring their race number to Buckhead Pizza Co. and choose from a free two-topping personal pizza or a free order of garlic knots..

While the restaurant won't be open, 5Church will feed spectators in front of the restaurant from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Order Mediterranean steak or jerk chicken and herb-roasted vegetable kebabs along with different beverages. Look for more food deals and celebrations happening at Colony Square throughout Independence Day for both spectators and runners.
