Multi-course dinners paired with alcohol or served family-style. There are several fun, food events happening in metro Atlanta, so add one or all four of the following activities to your calendar. Be prepared to eat, drink and have a grand ole time.

Tuesday, Aug. 21: Barleygarden Kitchen & Craft Bar will host a five-course beer dinner featuring crispy pork belly, stuffed quail, shrimp and grapefruit plus an assortment of beers from New Realm Brewing beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets, which are $71.12, can be purchased here.

Thursday, Aug. 23: Taste of Terra Madre will be a four-course, family-style collaborative chef dinner and wine pairing to benefit Slow Food Atlanta's sponsored delegates attending Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2018, a biennial slow food event in Turin, Italy next month. At the Atlanta event, guests will mingle over hors d'oeuvres, wine and Negroni cocktails while bidding on silent auction items including a MiniMax Big Green Egg, Staub 5.5-quart coquette, Georgia Grown gift basket and more. The event will begin at 6 p.m. at Brezza Cucina. Participating chefs include Andrew Cacioppo of Brezza Cucina, Jamie Adams of Il Giallo Osteria, Jessica Gamble of KR SteakBar and Michael Patrick of Storico Fresco Alimentari. Saturday, Aug. 25 – Sunday, Aug. 26: Guests heading to Beyoncé and Jay-Z's OTR II tour can indulge in an all-inclusive, pre-cocktail reception featuring passed appetizers including pimento cheese hushpuppies, spanakopita, fried chicken wings and smoked brisket sliders; food stations such as shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell, lobster salad; specialty cocktails; and wine and beer beginning at 6 p.m. at Molly B's. Sunday, Aug. 26:  Chow down on chiles for a good cause during the annual Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q and Taqueria del Sol Hatch Chile Fest. The block party-style event, also featuring Charleston's Home Team Barbecue, will celebrate the annual harvest of Hatch chiles from New Mexico from 4-8 p.m. with food stations, local beer available for purchase and live music. Proceeds benefit pediatric brain cancer outreach organization Hogs for the Cause. Tickets are $30 and can be purchased here.

Monday, Aug. 27: For a five-course dinner and wine pairing featuring pan seared diver scallops, Alaskan King Crab agnolotti with shaved Certified Angus Beef dry-aged New York strip and CAB tenderloin, head to Oak Steakhouse at 6:30 p.m. Wine will be provided by Honig Vineyard and Winery. A seat at the table will be $125. Call the restaurant to make a reservation.
