Eight Sushi Lounge to add a patio this spring
Looking for a new spot to dine outside? You'll soon be able to add Eight Sushi Lounge, which opened late last year in Westside Atlanta, to your list .
The restaurant is planning to expand with a 800-square foot outdoor covered patio that will accommodate 45 diners for lunch and dinner service. The patio, which will be open year-round, will be completed later this spring.
The menu of the family-owned spot -- matriarch Lily Ho also owns Rice Restaurant & Sushi Bar in Cummings, while daughter Windy serves as director of operations and son Handy serves as executive chef -- offers up classic and modern sushi rolls, nigiri and other Japanese specialties, as well as a full sake and craft cocktail list.
Eight is also launching "Miso Happy Before Dark" this spring, featuring featuring after-work specials on food and drinks.
