If you've been following the devastation following a deadly earthquake earlier this week in Italy , there's a way you can help this weekend while also getting your Italian food fix.
Restaurants St. Cecilia, no. 246, Fritti, Sotto Sotto and Coletta are teaming up to offer proceeds from two dishes to the Italian Red Cross.
St. Cecilia, no. 246 and Coletta will donate 50 percent of sales of the bucatini all’amatriciana to the organization, while Sotto Sotto will donate 100 percent of its proceeds from the dish. Fritti will give 100 percent of the proceeds from its pancetta e cipolli pizza to the Red Cross.
