Cyrille Holota is in as the new head chef at Le Bilboquet, the French bistro at the Shops Buckhead Atlanta .
Holota, who recently served as executive chef at the Four Season Hotel Bora Bora and assisted celebrity chef Antoine Westermann in launching Le Coq Rico in New York, has a long history at fine dining restaurants around Atlanta.
Holota worked with mentor Joel Antunes at the Dining Room at the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead, moving along with Antunes for the opening of his namesake restaurant JOEL in 2001, where Holota was promoted to chef, then executive chef.
In a statement, Holota expressed his thoughts about retuning to Atlanta to take over the kitchen at Le Bilboquet.
“This beautiful restaurant has quickly become one of Atlanta’s favorites, and I am a huge fan,” Holota said. “I am so grateful to lead the extremely talented team in Le Bilboquet’s kitchen and plan to craft some amazing French cuisine for our customers.”
