Sports fans, especially those with kids, have a new place to catch a game -- or all the games.

Creatwood Tavern opened its doors at 1090 Windy Hill Road, Ste. 300 in Smyrna on Sept. 3. The concept -- a family-friendly sports tavern -- offers more than 40 televisions throughout, featuring a variety of sporting events for the adults and a rooftop patio that boasts an area with astroturf and games including bean bag toss and a giant Connect 4 for children and parents, according to partner Justin Wilson.

The family vibe was also considered when designing the menu -- in addition to typical kids fare such as chicken fingers and grilled cheese, the kids menu also offers a petite filet and burger. The "adult" features upscale American pub food including a variety of burgers, wings, salads, mac and cheese and other fare made in house.

A full bar features 12 rotating beers on draft, with half of those being from local breweries, 60 bottles and cans, 25 boutique wines and custom cocktails. The downstairs dining area is separated into a front area with a bar, booths and long community tables, a back dining area and a semi-private dining room. In addition to the rooftop patio, Creatwood also hasa a downstairs patio area.

Creatwood Tavern is from the team behind Whitehall Tavern, located in the Peachtree Battle shopping center.
