Thursday, Feb. 8: 101 Steak will host a five-course pairing dinner featuring wines from around the world from 7-10 p.m. The dinner will start with a reception featuring East and West Coast oysters on the half shell and crab spring rolls followed by seabass en papillote, Yukon gold potato gnocchi, grilled lollipop lamb chops and prime rib for the fourth-course entrée. Saturday, Feb. 10: Single, taken or it's complicated? Whiskey Blue will host the fifth annual Red Light, Green Light Party—a festive night featuring a choice of green, yellow or red wristbands to show off your status. The catch? People who wear the green bands are single and ready to mingle, red-banded are off the market and those in yellow are on the fence. The party will kick off at 9 p.m. with drink specials, party favors and beats provided by DJ Rimby. No cover.

Sunday, Feb. 11: In celebration of the new Netflix series "Trolls: The Beat Goes On!"
