When he dies, he wants you to bury him inside that Louis store, but before that, Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz wants to party with you at his new club and restaurant.
2 Chainz, aka Titi Boy aka Tauheed Epps, is throwing his celebrity weight behind Escobar Lounge and Restaurant, set to open this summer in a location 237 Peter St. SW in Castlberry Hill. The spot is a collaboration with Hookah Hideaway owner Mychel Dillard, What Now Atlanta reported.
Atlanta restaurants and rappers opening restaurants in the city is nothing new -- most recently, rapper T.I. was sued by employees at his restaurant Scales 925 for allegedly not paying employees.
Other rappers who tried their hand at owning restaurants include Diddy, who owned Justin's on Peachtree Road before it closed in 2012, and Ludacris, who owned Asian-fusion restaurant Straits in Midtown, which relaunched as Time in 2015.
